Establishing Healthy Boundaries




The workshop provided a space for self-reflection, allowing attendees to assess their current boundaries and identify areas for improvement.  Participants gained valuable insights into identifying, setting, and maintaining healthy boundaries. Through interactive exercises and real-life examples, they learned practical strategies for assertively communicating their needs and boundaries.




Mrs. Blackwell, our knowledgeable and empathetic mentor, brought wisdom and warmth to the workshop, creating a safe and inclusive space for attendees to explore the complexities of boundary-setting. Her expertise and guidance were instrumental in facilitating meaningful discussions and empowering participants to take proactive steps toward establishing healthier boundaries.
